Refund policy
So Basic does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or size exchange.
Size exchange for the same item in a different size only, if the item is available.
No changes can be made to an order once an order is placed.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to customer.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sobasicboutique.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items
- Items past the 7-day return window
- Same item in desired size is unavailable
- Used, worn, stained item (please be careful not get makeup or deodorant stains or perfume on items, as they will not be accepted)
- Bodysuits
- All Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, scarves, belts, glasses)
Store Credit
Once item is approved, expect to receive an email with Store Credit within 7 business days of the delivery of your return to So Basic facility. Item must be inspected and process before credit is granted. Store Credit will reflect the amount of purchase including discounts and taxes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
*So Basic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions and guidelines stated in our policy. Items returned which does not meet our return guidelines for store credit and are refused by So Basic are finale and may be shipped back to customer.
